DEMO RENTAL GEAR
Your purchase of comfortable, reliable underwater life support equipment is a critical decision. To offer you some guidance, our seasoned instructors suggest using a combination of the following equipment available through Denver Divers’ unique demonstration rental program. This demonstration gear is available to try out, in our indoor salt-water pool. Alternatively, you may rent this gear for your next trip and decide what’s best for you. Our demonstration gear includes:
- BCDs that are weight-integrated (no need for a weight-belt) AND air-integrated (no need for an “octopus” or alternate air source), including:
- Back-inflate BCD: Scubapro’s LadyHawk, KnightHawk, or SeaHawk
- Back-inflate travel BCD: Oceanic Biolite
- Jacket-inflate BCD: Oceanic Hera, Scubapro GlidePro, or Tusa Selene II
- Children’s Oceanic Explorer Youth BCD in sizes double extra small (xxs) and triple extra small (xxxs)
- Regulator systems rated for breathability regardless of depth, including:
- ScubaPro Mk25 paired with an A700
- ScubaPro Mk25 paired with an S600
- Poseidon Xtreme
- Oceanic EOS paired with an FDX-10
- Dive computers (no air integration):
- Oceanic Geo 2.0 wrist-mount
- ScubaPro Aladin Prime wrist or hose mount
- Air-integrated dive computers, including:
- Oceanic Pro Plus 2 console
- Oceanic OC-1 wrist-mount
- Oceanic Atom 3.0 wrist-mount
- Scubapro SMART COM console

VALUE RENTAL GEAR
Our value rental program offers you reliable gear at a price lower than any other regional shop. Take advantage of having reliable, serviced equipment that you can test in the pool before you take it on your next trip, but at the right price. We can guarantee there will be no sand in your regulator, like much of the gear you will rent while abroad!
Our value gear includes:
- BCDs that are NOT weight or air-integrated, requiring use of a weight-belt
- Regularly serviced regulators, including ScubaPro MK14 or MK 16 with S555 and R190 second stages
- Dive computers are included in the consoles of our value gear rentals for your safety (Oceanic Veo 2.0 computers)

MASKS, FINS, WETSUITS, AND OTHER RENTAL GEAR
We believe that ultimately owning your own “personal gear” for scuba diving is of the utmost importance for comfort while underwater. But, until you have made that decision to own your own mask, fins, snorkel, booties, and wetsuit, we encourage you to rent quality equipment that fits and is adequate for the climate and water temperature. For instance, we believe that customers will rent the wetsuit weight that they need, so all our wetsuits are one price, regardless of thickness. In addition, renting gear for growing children is an excellent way to insure your kids wear high quality, safe exposure wear, fins, and masks without overwhelming your travel budget!
- Wetsuits available to rent include:
- A variety of 7mm farmer johns and jackets; 5mm full jumpsuits; 3mm full jumpsuits; and 3mm shorties (manufacturers include ScubaPro, Henderson, and Waterproof)
- For both scuba and snorkeling, we rent the same fins that we sell:
- ScubaPro TwinJets and SeaWing Novas
- Oceanic V-16 fins
- Tusa Imprex Tri-ex
- Variety of full-foot snorkel fins
- Tusa masks and snorkels
- ScubaPro snorkeling vests
- Variety of booties for your comfort
